.always encouraging the group members to support and involve in all team's activity shared by Admins,Rmds and Heads.

.the group's overall performance is on or above par

.outstanding in other aspects of the team, e.g SEO and team growth/recruiting/ob

.consistently uploading new and quality content(not video of a wall/traffic jam)
